My Story

I am a highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science (Science of Sports Performance), alongside industry-recognised Fitness Instructing and Personal Training qualifications.

My own athletic background has played a major role in shaping my coaching approach. I competed as a national-level sprinter and also represented Leeds Beckett University in boxing, giving me first-hand experience of high-performance training, discipline, and competition demands.

I have been training in the gym consistently since the age of 14, developing a deep understanding of strength training, performance development, and long-term progression. Over the past three years, I have applied this knowledge in a coaching environment, working with a wide range of clients and abilities.

Currently, I lead the Strength & Conditioning programme at Kimbolton School, where I am responsible for developing athletic performance, improving movement quality, and reducing injury risk in young athletes. Alongside this, I have experience working with elderly and vulnerable adults, tailoring training to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life in a safe and supportive way.

My coaching philosophy is built around evidence-based training, individualised programming, and sustainable results. Whether your goal is improving performance, building strength, returning to fitness, or enhancing everyday health, my aim is to help you train smarter, move better, and achieve long-lasting results.
